John joined H.B. Cantrell & Co. in 1992 after graduating from East Carolina University with a Finance Degree. John has learned the agency business from the ground up, beginning with personal lines, life, health, disability and commercial insurance. In 1995 he completed the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
