With no prior knowledge of insurance, I started out in the Commercial Department as Commercial Accounts Manager in 1996, personal lines, group insurance, and then Office Manager for 6 years.  In 2005, I became an Account Producer.

Prior to H. B. Cantrell & Co, I was in the US Navy in Virginia Beach, VA; and previously a legal secretary in California and Florida with a background knowledge of litigation, wills/trusts, criminal, union, bankruptcy, real estate, corporate and personal injury. While in the field of personal injury, I realized I wanted to keep a close watch on my insurance rates.

I do not sell insurance but rather advise customers on their insurance needs. I look for customers that want a personal relationship with their insurance agent.  I work for you to provide the best possible insurance protection at a competitive price. I am always accessible to my customers -  your single point of contact.  I perform mid-year and annual coverage reviews as well as market updates.
